Breaking the Inheritance Option is a little hidden in SharePoint 2013. So here we have a trick on how to Break Inheritance and Set unique permissions for a document library.
Click on the "Library" tab in the Ribbon and the click on "Share with"

Next click on "ADVANCED" in the pop-up.

Next Click on Stop Inheriting Permissions to set unique or Item level permission for the library.
