Steps :
Start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service
Start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service in Central Administration
Because the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service is not started by default, you must start it before you deploy a sandboxed solution.
To start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service by using Central Administration
Verify that you have the following administrative credentials:
You must be a member of the Farm Administrators group.
On the Central Administration Web site, on the Quick Launch, click System Settings.
On the System Settings page, in the Servers section, click Manage services on server.
On the Services on Server page, in the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service row, in the Action column click Start to start the service.
Change the default load balancing scheme
By default, all requests to run sandboxed code are routed by solution affinity, and run on available servers by using the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service. Although this is the recommended setting, you can change the default to the local setting. In the local setting, all code in sandboxed solutions runs on the same Web front-end server as the request.
To change the default load balancing scheme in Central Administration
Verify that you have the following administrative credentials:
You must be a member of the Farm Administrators group.
On the Central Administration Web site, on the Quick Launch, click System Settings.
On the System Settings page, in the Farm Management section, click Manage user solutions.
On the User Solution Management page, in the Load Balancing section, select the All user code runs on the same machine as a request option, and then click OK.
Block a sandboxed solution
The Farm Administrator can block a sandboxed solution from running within the farm.
To block a sandboxed solution in Central Administration
Verify that you have the following administrative credentials:
You must be a member of the Farm Administrators group.
On the Central Administration Web site, on the Quick Launch, click System Settings.
On the System Settings page, in the Farm Management section, click Manage user solutions.
On the User Solution Management page, in the Solution Restrictions section, in Add new solution to block section, click Browse.
On the Choose File to Upload dialog box, find the sandboxed solution that you want to block, and then click Open.
On the User Solution Management page, click Block, and then click OK.
