Set up SharePoint 2010 Sandbox Environment

Steps :

Start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service

Start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service in Central Administration
Because the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service is not started by default, you must start it before you deploy a sandboxed solution.

To start the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service by using Central Administration

Verify that you have the following administrative credentials:

You must be a member of the Farm Administrators group.

On the Central Administration Web site, on the Quick Launch, click System Settings.

On the System Settings page, in the Servers section, click Manage services on server.

On the Services on Server page, in the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service row, in the Action column click Start to start the service.

Change the default load balancing scheme

By default, all requests to run sandboxed code are routed by solution affinity, and run on available servers by using the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation User Code Service. Although this is the recommended setting, you can change the default to the local setting. In the local setting, all code in sandboxed solutions runs on the same Web front-end server as the request.
